In early September, 2021, my dad and I went on a campout to get some nature pictures. It was also the first campout with the new truck tent.
After setting up the tent we went to the nature center.
Before dinner time we got a hike in at a trail near the campsite.
We came upon a stream that we couldn’t cross because the bridge was broken.
In the stream bed we found a crawdad nest and a few wild flowers.
We went back to camp and made some backpacking meals for dinner, watched a movie on dad’s phone and went to bed.
